Naresuan University Radio, FM 107.25, began rebroadcasting VOA Thai Service’ "Hotline News from VOA Washington" on July 1, 2003. NU Radio is located in north central Thailand in Phitsanulok. The station’s signal reaches 6 other provinces: Sukhothai, Pichit, Uttaradit, Petchboon, Kamphaengphet, and Tak. Tak is located along the Thai-Burmese border.
Kasetsart University Radio, AM 1269, in Songkha has added a live broadcast of our "Hotline News from VOA Washington" at 6:05 AM local time. In addition they will continue their delayed broadcast of our late daily news show at 7:30 PM local time.
The Provincial Police Radio in Trang, FM 106.75, has also changed from delayed to live broadcast, now at 6:05 AM local time.
MCOT in Narathiwat is now also carrying our show live in the morning.
