สถาบันสำรวจสายพันธุ์สัตว์ระหว่างประเทศเผยรายชื่อสุดยอดสัตว์สายพันธุ์ใหม่ 10 ชนิด จากกว่า 18,000 สายพันธุ์ที่ค้นพบในปีที่ผ่านมา
