งานแต่งงานจัดขึ้นตามประเพณีไทย เพียงแต่งานนี้ไม่มีเจ้าบ่าว มีแต่เจ้าสาว 2 คน และแม้กฎหมายไทยยังไม่รองรับการแต่งงานระหว่างคนเพศเดียวกัน แต่หากกฎหมายดังกล่าวผ่านสภาฯในปลายปีนี้ ไทยจะเป็นประเทศแรกในเอเชียที่คนเพศเดียวกันสามารถแต่งงานกันได้อย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย
