ที่ประชุมยังแสดงความหวังด้วยว่า ยุโรปจะค่อยๆ ฟื้นตัวได้จากภาวะเศรษฐกิจถดถอย และก้าวหน้าไปสู่การเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจที่ยั่งยืนและสมดุลย์ได้
