Democrat John Kerry has 206 electoral votes from: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state and Washington DC.
